Job Summary:

• Role of Fulfillment agents is to repair any and all client issues remotely. They are expected to meet all client unique needs in a fast and efficient manner, Resource should complete requests as per the SLAs and as well meet the quality and Customer Satisfaction requirement.
• Additional responsibilities include Logging onto and being available via MS Lync, Accurate tracking of unresolved and rolled-over machines, Assuring feedback from the Quality Team is understood and applied across machines.
• Resource should have good knowledge on Windows XP, Vista & Win-7, Mac (preferably certifications on any of the OS), and Exposure to Email configuration and troubleshooting.
• Resource must have Excellent communication skill(Written and Verbal).
• 6 Months -1 year experience in remote Desktop management/Technical support is preferred.
• Resource should be willing to work in 24/7 shift timing.
• Microsoft certification would be preferred.
