Roles & Responsibilities:
Bluemix DevOps Services team is looking for developers to join the effort to build the next evolutions of Bluemix development tools. This team is responsible for the technology in Eclipse that enables building a Cloud development environment for the Eclipse workbench, which is used throughout IBM and by many third parties. Software Design and Analysis

Software Development

Testing and Test automation during test cycles in each sprint

Build automation as the need arises in a particular sprint

Must have proven Java development skills, a proven understanding of the Eclipse architecture and Java language semantics, with good plug-in writing skills, and a good working knowledge cloud technology including Cloud Foundry and OpenStack.

Experience:
Software Engineers with 0 to 7 years with hands-on experience in Java and Eclipse Plugin Development.
Experience in contributing to Open Source projects will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be an experienced Java developer who is able to develop plug-ins for Eclipse, understand Clound Foundry, pays attention to detail, cares about API and is not afraid to dive in and hack code.
Must be passionate about user experience and has working knowledge of the various building blocks of cloud computing, including IaaS (eg: OpenStack) and PaaS (eg: Cloud Foundry, IBM Bluemix)
