    Operating Systems (OS) Installation / Re-installation, Upgrades and Patches.
    Installation and Configuration of Peripherals Devices.
    Installation and Configuration of Backup Solutions.
    Configuration of Print Devices (Network and Local).
    Internet and Intranet Configurations.
    Configuration of Windows Networking – Work Group or Domain
    Configure and Troubleshoot Network Services like DNS and DHCP.
    Backup & Restore Monitoring and Administration.
    RCA on repeated issues

Competencies Required:

    The Engineer Shall have good technical and customer interaction skills and communication skills
    Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of MS Office Applications,
    Antivirus Solutions- (Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc.)
    Installation , Configuration and Trouble Shooting of Local and Work Group Printing
    Knowledge of Active Directory installation, Configuration, Management and Trouble Shooting.
